Echo show 5 troubleshooting

Hi all,
anyone had this happen to them and managed to fix it.
I have a show 8 in kitchen, show5 living room, and two more show 5s in two bed rooms.
Had all of them for last 3 years.

A couple a weeks ago when listening to amazon music it started playing adverts, 'i am a prime member so should be add free' . The two echo show 5 up stairs, wont show me the front door on screen when asked, again only the two show 5 upstairs or tell me what my orders are when i ask.
The two other shows 8 and 5 work perfectly downstairs.
I contacted amazon, asked me to update software which i did, didn't work, so told to factory reset, which i did, didn't work same problem.
deregistered them off my account and put them back on, same problem
Both shows are registered to me and on my account.

Any ideas, thank you
 
The Echo 5 i have refuses to chime when the Blink doorbell is pressed but it does launch the camera.
I'm sick of looking at it now as every time i do to check the time they are showing bloody adverts.
Something else that will go on Marketplace along with the Fire Stick.

Is there anything else 'device' that will do work with alexa, ring door bell and see who is at door on screen, but work along my two other echo shows ?
