Is it possible to get EPG for iptv on openvix 4.1 can only find some links to instructions on using service ID from sat channels but how about iptv that don't have satellite counterparts on receiver like ie non uk channels

That's the only way I found. Instead of using CrossEPG use xmltvimporter (shows as epgimporter once installed) add extra sources and try the Rytec IPTV XMLTV option - if no joy with that then add the different countries as required - it's a right pain especially if your provider changes your channel links regularly.

Anyone else know of another way?

You use an m3u file MTP?

No mate too much of a pain in the rear! Mines set to auto update - initial install was via linux command that pulled the bouquet from the server.
