I do not use vix but probably in setup epg section on openatv I think it is called epgrefresh.
also images saved with openwebif are easier to see.

You can use epgimporter but I'm not sure your other epg related plugins would conflict.
If you remove or disable them you can set up epgimporter easily.
Open epgimporter
Click BLUE for sources
Choose Sky/Virgin UK XMLTV
Put SIX ticks in the 6 boxes underneath
Choose GREEN to save
Then import epg by pressing yellow

look harder I just unpacked openvix image and it is in system plugins it is called OpentvZapper

I don't know which other plugins you are using to get the epg.
Try epgimporter first and if it works you can remove the others from installed plugins list

This is current RPG importer settings do I need to change anything before I try to import?

Change the top entry to Enable.
In the second entry you can set it to daily at 7am
