Yup I’ve been keeping an eye on that. Some talk that Stan are also bidding for the f1 rights. Would be a great option if they just combine EPL and UCL.

Yes plenty of sport in one place ...may do a 4k EPL option ..they do for some sports currently. Prob be more expensive thoYup I’ve been keeping an eye on that. Some talk that Stan are also bidding for the f1 rights. Would be a great option if they just combine EPL and UCL.

EPL officially moving to Stan in Australia

Not as bad an increase as I thought if thats all it will be and include EPLStan have implemented a $5 a month price increase from August 1st on the sports add-on going from $15 to $20 a month for the top level package it's now going to cost you AUD $41 a month even if you don't watch anything but sport
Agree - not bad at all tbhNot as bad an increase as I thought if thats all it will be and include EPL
My opinion only but It's hard to justify as a whole when you can get s tod.tv and a Sooka account for less per month, giving you 5 connections, 4k and more sports like the EFL cup,f1 etc. Admittedly, you do have to go through some hoops to get themNot as bad an increase as I thought if thats all it will be and include EPL
Any ideas what the difference is in terms of bitrate and resolution between the two options? My opinion only but It's hard to justify as a whole when you can get s tod.tv and a Sooka account for less per month, giving you 5 connections, 4k and more sports like the EFL cup,f1 etc. Admittedly, you do have to go through some hoops to get them
Both you mention are good choices especially since the upgrade to 50fps by Tod...however with Stan a 4 way share would work out abt £5 per month so on par with your two options in my view plus Stan has 4k but admittedly likely upscaled than actual. My opinion only but It's hard to justify as a whole when you can get s tod.tv and a Sooka account for less per month, giving you 5 connections, 4k and more sports like the EFL cup,f1 etc. Admittedly, you do have to go through some hoops to get them
Very true, i think I have to weigh up my optionsBoth you mention are good choices especially since the upgrade to 50fps by Tod...however with Stan a 4 way share would work out abt £5 per month so on par with your two options in my view plus Stan has 4k but admittedly likely upscaled than actual.
I think Sooka is about 7 Mbps I am going to say less than that for Tod for 1080p on previous experience alone, not directly about this post but the stand-out seems to be peacock at around 10 Mbps, Stan is around 8Mbps i believe for 1080p and 15 Mbps for 4KAny ideas what the difference is in terms of bitrate and resolution between the two options?
Has anyone ever looked at Now TV Ireland?
They do a Sports Extra bundle which includes all Sky Sports, TNT Sports and Premier Sports channels (for 3pm Premier League).
35 EUR (approx. £30) per month including the Ultra Boost pack which gets you 4K, Dolby Atmos sound and 3 streams at once.
So shared with three others would get you a lot of sport for £10 per month each.
Not sure how easy it is to subscribe via Ireland though.
Very easy plenty using it ...can use UK card but may need a vpn to access as and will need the Ireland now tv app.I have seen this advertise on Premier Sports, not tried it as I sub to Now TV UK, like you though I wonder how hard/easy it would be?
