Before I go out and get a box, how can I find the freq for Essex? The previous owner had VM so I know it works here. I've tried google and haven't come up with much..

Thanks, my closest is Basildon (37 miles). Is there a limit on the distance from one of these that it will stop working?

If line is there and worked before it will work, dont know about maximum distance. But if previous person had VM, then box will work.


Also there looks to be 4 basildon net ids, so you might have to find which id is for your area.

If you also need the frequency & symbol rate, then I found this on my hard drive. Don't know how up-to-date it is.

Yours will be Basildon 1 and probably telew.. You will know if its right by going to sports and you should have sly sports 1-5... If not then factory default and try another Basildon..

i did sort of get it going but no hd bbc or itv and prob a few others but the file you sent is not the same as i had it set up so just scanning again.the frequency you sent me works on qam 64.cheers Kremmen
