F3 Scrambled channels

Hi,
I am only receiving FTA channels. C line is showing a green tick but 'offline'. Does this mean that the problem is with provider ' or does something need re-setting.
Any help will be sincerely appreciated.

9/10 problems solved with reboot of router and satbox. Also when new these and f5 boxes are set to gprs for their internet feed as default. you have to activate the ethernet port or wifi if you are using wifi for your connection!! this can be done via menu>network local settings>network settings there should be a green dot on the option that is currently active, otherwise you will not have an active internet feed to your box!! take note newbies ;)

Thanks for replies. I checked all those things with no success. Can I put in a trial cline and try that without losing existing cline. This should tell me whether it's problem at my end or provider (I think).
Any more ideas anyone. Cline is still showing 'off line'

yes you can. also you can try the youporn app if that connects and you can watch the videos then is connected to the internet ok. most youtube apps dont work so thats why i say youporn that works. the apps can be found from menu>network local settings>apps
