Yeah, you wouldn’t need a VPN using AD as the servers are encrypted anyway.
All Amazon know that you have an app installed on your device and that app has likely been flagged by ACE as a piracy app and will probably be removed.
You may have to try another VOD app or the dev of cinema HD will alter the app in some way to negate the block.

or slowing down your internet speed with in your router settings .

This app has a slight flaw in that the selected app is automatically renamed which cannot be manually altered so would make it easier for Amazon. TechDoctorUk has been in touch with the developer so hopefully this feature will be added soon.

In the comments lots of people are saying the app fails to clone other apps they have tried so it is probably hit and miss which apps will work correctly.

Just attempted to rename a TiviMate modded app using app cloner and it failed at 15%. Didn't bother trying any other apps.
