Try with http it’s not the stick what’s the issue are you entering your url correctly

App works fine on Android and other firestick with same login details.
It doesn't work on firestick version os 5.
It worked fine on this firestick until they changed the dns from http to https.
That and the number at the end changing after the :
 
I think he meant try another app with the same login on the firestick that’s not working then you’ll know if it’s the app that’s the issue or not

I repeat - are other apps working on the firestick you are having issues? ie is it defo connected to internet

or even check bbc iplayer is working to confirm internet connection is ok on stick

Let me explain,this is an old sub which a few days ago changed its dns to https.
Since then I cannot login using this particular firestick,I asked a friend to try on his firestick which is a os 6,it worked.
I have tried the new dns on my android phone and it worked.
I even spoke to the developer who created my xc app,Firstly he thought it was a router problem but then changed his mind after realising that I could get it on my phone, he now thinks it might not work on older versions.

open a web browser on your firestick (sure there must be one) and try to access https: //www.aliexpress.com/ in the browser (ignore spaces), if it loads then https is fine on the firestick

Delete the app.
Reboot the device.
Install the app again.
Try the login details again
 
I keep getting a pixilated screen during the sky sports channels

I don't know if its the WiFi or the stick.

Tv seems fine as I've been watching stuff on BBC iplayer and using PS4.

You know what issue is?
