Was wondering best route to go after getting rid of sky , live in apartments so no cable for kryptview is there any other box apart from star view that just plugs in !

Recommend a skybox F3... uses a sat dish..! been told its just plug in and play with a little set up but good for a novice and cheap.. box is about 60 quid ( have a look at the threads a few peeps have them and all good so far.. )

If you go with the skybox f3 as Ted says you can buy box only for £50-£60 or you can buy one with line pre-loaded for about £115-£130.
Very easy to set up either way and good support, just look on here...

F3 is good value, only now and next
EPG.

If you record lots of programs
go for a Blade about £150
plus £40 ish for a HDD.
(7 Day EPG)

If you don't F3,4, or 5
depending on the style

Just use your existing sat dish.

can the blade look and record different tps at the same time,i dont suppose you have 2 sat outlets?

No, single tuner box, only the same tp as far as I know.
Just one coax lead into the back. Think you need two
for twin tuner boxes.

aye thats what confuses people when they want to record,only watch and record on 1tp,so they either record or watch different tps and to know whats on same tp google " kingofsat" and your sat.
