Actually, I generally eat fairly healthy. Probably not as much fruits as there should be in my diet. I do try though. The carrots
I just thought of today. I ate a good size one :p I recall that a certain nutrient in carrots are good for the eyes. :p
Apparently beta-carotene is converted to vitamin A which is good for eyesight.
