Considering the festive season I thought I would treat the other half and myself this evening. This was one of many courses and the rest is History ;) or not for the faint hearted lol.
Endo and HT... nice pix bros!!! :) I should have taken some pix of the Brisket and Pork Spare Ribs I cooked today!! Endo wouldn't have like them tho... I cheated again!!! LOL.
