Aliens?? Nope.. just been busy with life and family... oh and the Gm has lost about 25lbs... (2 stone) NOT that this thread was keeping me FAT but I had other things to tend to while I've been on my life style change... eating that is you sick bastards.. :p

I'll post some delicious foods soon...

Oh btw... I have about 100lbs (@ 7 stone) to go... it's NOT easy but I know I can do it. :) Just so you know my GOAL weight is sub 230lb (16.4 stones). I know... lots of love to loose but it should extend my life decades... lol. Endo.. piss off on that one... ROFL
