1 cup of plain flour
1 cup of eggs
half a cup of water/milk (thats the cup) that makes the cup
salt pepper, dash of vinegar.

grill your sausages job done.

cook at 200/ gas mark 5.

guess what im having for tea:)

It was good to me.. ;) I chose the wrong sausage for the family.. had a little to much spice in it I guess... lol. I would like to see more rise too but I think that was because I had a little to much flour in my mixture... NOT real sure actually... may need to fridge the mixture before putting it in the pan... don't know as I've not made it before. ;)

just change the cup for a mug, don`t forget to sift the flour.
