Here's my brekkie from today....

You know dee... the dishes you've been posting are nice and normally easy.. I like the idea that with the Lancshire hotpot you can "alter" it to your wants or desires for meat content... NOT a big lamb fan and not gonna eat mutton... I know narrow minded.. lol. But some nice lean pork or beef stuck in there would be a great substitute... and like I said simple enough the GM can make it. ;) Thanks for these posts mate.. see what you missed the first 20 months... ROFL

From what I understand, only the seasoning has the M-S-G. Which is fairly trivial right?

the soup (which is so ever salty) has lots of msg (to make it taste so ever tasty)

the noodles are fried (this is why they are so soft and go down so smoothly)

these are the reasons I try to avoid ramen
