I have had squirrel before though. Tasted similar to chicken. My buddy in Wisconsin brought them over one time when I was living in minnesota. A little tougher than chicken though. That guy was pretty cool. He brought over venison every now and again. My dad makes a great venison chili :)
Looking good Dee. Especially the raw meat. I wonder how many of you have tried seasoned Raw Beef. Not just any though. Omaha steaks are high grade meat. The odds of contracting a disease are really not that good.
Life isn't worth living if you don't take some risks anyway :p
i was brought up to eat of the land oman, shot my first pheasant at 12, was ferreting with my dad from 9, have snares in case i run out of money.:happy:
NOT really into raw meats but will do the occasional Sushi. ;) I like to cook my "carne" to temp normally but will eat some pretty raw Beef on occasion too. :)
NICE posts mate... you are becoming quite the pro at this... I"ll have to "get" with ENDO and make a better effort at posting some goodies for you lads. ;)
