Can any one help me by pointing me to the Zgemma h2h stock firmware download to flash box back to original

have downloaded the zgemma file to usb but doesnt flash says USB then update BUT leaves the VM skin in place still

Press and hold the front power button as soon as you see usb or inside the zgemma folder you should see h3 folder and inside that you should see noforce change it to force then box will flash without pressing the front power button

What a pain to reset up using this image. I have got to return a Box with an HDMI issue it keeps cycling when on HDMI lead as if changing resolution but fine on AV any ideas before I send it for exchange David

Not sure I haven't had HDMI issues
