H2S - Install HRTunerProxy help! Updating Ipab also!

Hi, I hope I'm posting this in the right place.

How do I got about installing HRTunerProxy on my zgemma h2s running ipab? I haven't used my h2s in ages so thought I'd make use of it.

Is my ipab up-to-date? How do I go about updating or checking?
How do I find and install HRTunerProxy on my h2s?

Any help would be great!

Ipab is a corrupt build and way out of date so need to reflash box

I have moved this to the AllBuilds section.
Have a read up for Wooshbuild/Grogbuild/Willowbuild and decide which one suits you and then install via the instructions given.
