has virgin changed keys all my channels say scrambled or no video all was working ok yesterday i have a subbed virgin box and that works ok so i know there is no problems in my area any help appreciated many thanks

Check your internet/modem connectionm try turning the modem off for a couple of minutes then back on to see if it just needs a reset
