has virgin changed keys all my channels say scrambled or no video all was working ok yesterday i have a subbed virgin box and that works ok so i know there is no problems in my area any help appreciated many thanks

Check your internet/modem connectionm try turning the modem off for a couple of minutes then back on to see if it just needs a reset

resest router modem ect still the same scrambled or no video my bb is working ok
problem fixed just had to turn kryptview box off at back for 30 secs

Yes, sometimes just resetting your modem/router is not enough, the Kryptview also needs to be reset to establish a connection again to the internet.

next time turn off all 3 at rear for 30 secs then on happens on any lan connected box.
