HD Channels

That's it. Think the guy is joking us but worth read if you can find it. Not sure how to post the link on my phone here, without posting it! :-)
 
I don't know how to link as per forum rules. But the tread is quite amusing.

He posted a picture which proves zero and had no answer when it was explained by several posters how easy it was to make the pic look like it did.

So the poster wants us to believe his mate has had HD for the past ten months and he's getting a test himself. So for ten months some secret server has been able to offer HD but isn't doing so and raking in the cash as the only server able to offer HD besides IPTV servers. And strangely enough he won't share the name of this amazing server.

Totally believable.
 
Don't think HD will be back ever on sat with these current boxes.

If you buy a new box you might be in with a shout, but I guess they might not be out for a while.

What new box are you speaking of which will work with HD?

All current E2 boxes don't have HD channels on sat.
 
Were the HD channels encrypted slightly different or something?

Is it worth getting a A/V receiver which upscales to 1080p?
