Hi my zgemma is showing a black screen on itv and Channel 5 any ideas please

Are you using satellite or freesat or iptv?

Have you scanned for channels?

Just checked sat no movement ,so maybe your on IPTV ?

If it's just one channel it's probably changed transponder.
Try signal finder

goto autobouquetsmaker ans select Update Provider files once that has updated select start scan.

Still got black screen on itv and chanel 5

turn to itv and then press the down arrow on your remote to get list of channels and then press the red button, you should see a couple of ITV's, check if any of them work.

out of interest, what itv region are you watching?
