Help with putty

Put it in .tmp folder then use Zgemma remote to install local extensions

What is your level of understanding with putty? Can you use it?

What box are you using? What build? Does it have the dream explorer plugin? If you use file explorer on computer, is there a network folder you can see your box in?
Have you searched in plugin/ add plugins/skins on your box?

Give as much info as you have, you will get the easiest way to do things

I use filezilla rather than putty. You can just drag and drop the ipk into temp folder from the pc/laptop

I jus want to add this to my zgemma using filezilla I understand box instruction etc jus don't get where to put this in file zilla as I'm connected to box now jus need some guidance

On the left pane is your pc folders and files.
Find the ipk location.
On the right pane is zgemma folders.
Open *tmp
Drag the ipk from left to right into this folder and then use remote to install it

This is what I'm seeing

Doesn't look like filezilla to me.
Remove home/root text and see if folder tree appears.
Open tmp folder and drag the ipk into it

Done tht so once it's file transfer complete I should jus click on tmp folder and it'll be in there

Then jus do what needs to be done on the box after

Once you have dropped the ipk in tmp.
On remote press menu
Setup
Software management
Ipkg install
OK
Choose tmp as location
OK
Put green tick in the package to install
Press green
