How do I add Mgcam 1.45 to Sftcam Panel?

What plugin is he using for iptv ??

I didnt answer as the IPTV one isnt relevant. But the answer is I dont know someone installed it for him. The guy he got it from.
The second yes I have rebooted. I thought by not answering that would be a given.

I was really only looking for an answer to the 1.45 question. I appreciate people are trying to help but I was only wanting to know about 1.45 on the Openatv Dragon image.

The iptv question does matter if you cannot get mgcamd 1.45 working. Press menu-plugins-red button to remove plugins-softcams and see if 1.45 is in there

as said before.

remove all instances of mgcam.

reinstall 1.45

The issue is last year softcam panel changed to softcam setup. Uninstall mgcamd 1.45. If you have softcam panel can you install it from download plugins? If not reflash maybe best or oscam if you can install that
