How to turn off narration

I'm using an Enigma 2 box.
I have commentary/narration on all movie channels. How do I turn it off?

I have commentary/narration on all movie channels. How do I turn it off?

Press the audio button on the remote and select the other audio stream. NAR is with narration. Subtitles etc isn't.

I'd like to know how to change it on the vu player app if anyone has worked that out.

must check that on mine as i have to keep adjusting on more than 2 boxes.

Per channel:
Audio>change seeting to the option that doesnt have NAR after it

Permanent:
Menu>Setup>System>Auto Language Selection
Change the top 'Audio Language Selection' to English
Change Prefer Audio track stored by service to no

The setting I use are English, Original, Undetermined, None, Yes, No for everything else.
