If all else fails makido I have windows 10 pc will give it a go unless woody has windows 10 and can do it for you

I have windows 10 but I will be buggered if I can do it. Going to try the above links now. Then I am just going to try my luck at returning it.
I once put a mobile through the washer, and had the cheek to return it to the shop, and act daft I got a replacement though. So a usb should be easy
Will gladly pass on the usb, for you guys to try should I return with it though

Just to update on this, they have replaced it guys. They never even argued, they just replaced.
I was going to ask for a different branded stick, but then though I best not push my luck
So I now have a brand new stick, they kept the old one, so I couldnt get it for you guys to try.
But thanks for all your help and all the different links passed on to me to try and get it working. I really did appreciate it
