Despite being told by @Abu Baniaz and @moshibeth detailed instructions on how to flash plain vix using the remote?
If you are expecting it to get better on its own, you are going to be disappointed

If it was me at this point, id be flashing the recovery version via USB for a nice fresh start point. But remove all other usb devices before you do.

Probably far quicker than trying to solve the online flashing issue.

If it still does not fully boot into setup options then problem is not with flashing.

Those Telnet commands showed that there is no storage device detected either.

Best to follow Ferret's advice and flash by USB.

When flashing wilobuild you have to have a mounted storage device before you use the telnet command to install wiliobuild or youll face the problem you are having .

You have no other choice now but to flash via usb.
