Have you tried clearing app data as a logging back in, just to rule out the app?
I cleared cache and it’s still the same issueGo to settings in firestick , applications , manage installed applications and clear cache for your app.
If you clear data , you will need to re enter log in details
How long has this been happening?My live tv works but VOD and Series keeps rolling without playing, I’ve contacted my internet provider and there’s no sort of block on, changing to my phone hotspot, and it works please advice how I can get this up and running with my main internet as they keep saying there’s no block on my internet service
OP’s live channel work so the VOD would need to be on a different server for there to be a block, which I suppose is possible but they have tried a vpn but VOD still not working.Of cause there can be a block. But vpn should get around it. It can't be down as he has had it working. Xciptv I find hard to belive that's an issue unless very old version.

There can’t be a block as live channel are working but there is an issue with VOD.
If isp was blocking nothing would work and VPN would fix this issue.
It’s more likely something at your end as all working when using mobile hotspot.
Try uninstalling app and install and add details.
Nothing to lose unless you don’t know your login details.
Have you tried any other apps for your sub if they are available?

I would say it’s the OP configuration or setup.
That’s why I suggested to uninstall the app or even try another app.

Parental control should be disabled.The router I use here is TP- link is there any settings on the router that probably’s causing this issue
They have already tried that.Check first with VPN to see if it's s block on VOD server. Or try using hotspot from your phone if you have unlimited data to check if that's the issue

Power the router off at the socket.I have tried this

And on the tp link router parental control is already disabled
However live tv works with the top link router only issues I’m having is with the VOD & Series
