hi all using zgemma h2s watching a channel this morning for about 20 mins all fine then it stops change to a different channel then back again working ok again then same happens any ideas thanks

I presume you are watching IPTV this will be your supplier that has a problem his end and should sort it for you.

yes iptv dont think its supplier thinking it could be my internet

Is your box switching channels or what you are watching is changing?

no watching a channel for about 15 to 20 mins then it goes black change to a different channel then back again its ok

Try rebooting your router and your box see if that improves or it could be the source from where the streams coming from but worth mentioning it to your supplier aswell

so if i mention it to my supplier and his is the same it will be the source?but if his is ok what could be the problem???

Have you got any firewalls or shields set on your router as people have stated previously in other threads regarding iptv that they can play a part in it freezing ect

Think it sounds definitely supplier related has most suppliers just use streams from the same place and are not in control of the stream usually has they can swap to there own or another stream, unless your supplier is a reseller then you will have to wait for him to contact the man at the top of the chain.

Just report issue mate it maybe that stream is playing fine then switching to another stream after 15 - 20 mins just report it,
Are any other channels doing the same, it maybe just he needs to restart his server.

So it is only one channel, it will probably just need the stream restarting should cure problem or he can swap stream to one that's working fine.
