just purchased vu+duo and need help

the company i have purchased from will pre install the image/firmware
what are peoples opinions on what i should ask them to install

most people like vix images,i use that on all my boxes,are you getting internal hdd fitted also?

i was just going to fit my own. why, will that cause problems with the image etc

it will not cause problems as long as you know how to set them up. a well known supplier is selling the duo+ for 255.00 with the hardrive fitted and tested.

I bought the Vu+duo2 and use Black hole, i am told the the EPG is better on vix but i found with the cross EPG it's more than adequate

evreything is more stable on vix. that is what i have found anyway
