Everything you buy are heading for you is now harming you so they say.
Gets a worry as things i like I might have to avoid.

Check out this guy and thoughts?

No thoughts because there's nothing there.
Ive never had a Facebook account.

I can't imagine the food manufacturers are trying to kill us.
Once we're all dead, there's no one left to buy their mass produced crap.

Worrying about this crap will knock ten years off your life even if you dont eat it.

It's similar to the vaccination conspiracy theorists from five years back.
Where are they now?
Everyone is supposed to be dead by now, they told us we'd all die within a year of vaccination with our blood having the consistency of rice pudding.
It never happened.

Everyone dies of something.
Pointing fingers at food items, pollution, mould spores and a million other possible causes might be some people's idea of having a purpose but it's mostly a waste of time.
If you dont die from food additives, you'll die of something completely different. Does it matter?
Unless you plan on being immortal, you're going to pop your clogs, why spend your limited time panicking about something you have no control over.

I'm not saying people should take unnecessary risks but trying to avoid 99% of supermarkets food is not going to save one life.

I just try eat fresh as much as possible and batch cook staples for us such as lasagna, curry, stews, sheperds pie etc. Son grows his and our veg but it does not cover all our needs. Our meat and even Milk comes directly from a local farm shop.

Do i worry about preservatives in food and heavily prosessed food no but i choose fresh home cooked over it where possible.

I wouldn't worry about it too much Cact. The amount of street chemicals I've injested over the last 35 years is nobody's business and I'm still battling lol
