Thanks for the thread. I did the software update this morning and the box died on me!

I then read the thread again and rebooted both the box and my rooter and it's back up but I still get a fed glitches. But it's up!

I still cannot get my box to download the new software. Left in on when I went out last night for over 3 hours and still nothing.

did you factory reset and rescan also?,you have not said so.
