having a blonde moment here and hoping this is the answer. I have spent all day downloading software and flashing my box and deleting settings etc as only getn channels 1-5 and 2 news channels all other channels say scambled or no vid is this what everyone else is getting, if so I wil leave the newest software on it and do the scan and hope it jumps back on later

Looking at this they are down all over the place.

Next time check the forums first before you change anything lol

If you leave the box as it is it will probably all just come back on when
KV stop tinkering with stuff.

If you have deleted your channels then it is likely you will just need to rescan
when the server comes back up. 👍
 
Just wait, it will probably just come back on without having to do anything.

Maybe reset the router, but that's usually it.
 
its down in castleford,west yorkshire area also,my channels kept disappearing bit by bit,until none,i will wait patiently for a fix,update or whatever they do
 
Easiest way to check if your internet is fine is to hit SW update if it says "already updated" the Internet is fine. If Internet is fine leave everything alone, no need to factory reset and reboot routers especially when half if not all the country is reporting the same issue. It will be fixed at the server and back on as quickly as possible.
