Try virgin media - help and support (right hand side of page) - check service status (right hand side of page)
put in your postcode and it will tell you if there is a fault in your area.
Tried a few liverpool post codes and no service problems so looks
like KV server issue. Most of the work seems to have been done over the
weekend in the past and it has been glitchy lately so lets hope
its just upgrades, looks like sit and wait time again :)
channels are back up on KV have been down most of the morning. no need to rescan or update software. might suggest a reboot of modem / router and power off box and back on if problems persisit. i am in the north lanarkshire area.
I use VM in Glasgow and everything with my subbed box is ok. I am actually in the process of trying to flash a Kryptview A780 for someone but having issues.
Phew! Just had my Kryptview box arrive this morning so was pissed that it was down the same day I got it! :willy nilly:
Thankfully its all back up now though.
I had a bit of trouble putting the firmware on and getting the channels so I will explain what I did for others who might have same probs.
My first problem was not turning the box off and on while attempting the firmware install, and my 2nd problem was that I couldnt get many channels until I did a S/W update from the menu and then a factory default/reset.
Ive now got all channels and VERY pleased with the box.
Hope this helps anyone who came stuck on those parts. :)
Hi Lac, got the box sorted. What a doddle it is. This one is actually for a mate of my brother in law. Think I might need to invest in one myself now. Really gutted that there's nothing I can do with Eurovox HD box, but I don't mind investing again.

mines playing up north west fta fine pay far to glitchy to watch scrambled then back on for less than a min then scrambled again. rescanned gangs of times re set router ect still no good
