byt you dont eat when you feel bad so your weight will drop.

not that much its been stadey for the last two years every visit the same bang on they say 4kg is a big drop ah they didnt keep me in thats all i care about

I wouldn't want to do it through illness, but I could do with losing a little weight.
put on a stone when i gave up smoking alsmost two years ago, and cant get rid of it now.
4 kg's is about 8.8 pounds, so that is a lot.

iv been of the fags 2 years on the 28th of this month, i put on 2kg but all that did was take me to my proper weight as i was under.

thats it my weight allways been bang on even when im bad have to go for a bit cya in an hour or so

you are very lucky Dee, i just cant seem to lose even one pound, but i wouldn't go back on the smokes it was just so hard giving the f*&%$ng things up.

i gave up just before we moved, stared on the patches on them for a week, moved had so many holes to fill in didnt think about smoking, found the patches a year later in a pg tips box, havent looked back since lol

well as prodicted the sun came out 10 mins into the walk lol

they came straight off, berghaus keeps the water out but wen its warm makes you sweet like a pig.
