just checked and iboplayer appears back to normal on my lg tv - no more hassle for now!

Ah that's good then as I was going to say I am sure you can delete the app and reinstall it and you provider will be able to sort you out by adding the playlist again, unless you have bought the Chinese sub and you can't get any support for it. Anyway glad you are all sorted now mate

you were spot on with your diagnosis my ibo player on my lg tv is working now - service appears to have been restored at around 3pm today 6 feb - thanks again - regards

Works on my tv now but won’t on my iPad , app just flashes on then back to home screen. Tried reinstalling etc but nothing
I tried IBOplayer on my LG, and i could not remove the star ratings, when wattching a series. I contacted support, but got nothing back.

Well , I never knew both ibo and smarters you had to pay for it on LG TV,

There are 3 smarters apps available on the LG webOS store now and same for ibo, the original smarters app is free to use and the other 2 are just copy of them which you have to pay for and on ibo u get a long expiration date when you pay.

I take a look never used these before , moving from Tivimate
That’s the app fees you need to pay that for using it if you like the app u can subscribe afterwards, but as you activated free trial you got some limited days for free with smarters.

I've got Smarters Pro on my LG Oled, It's a free app.
You can’t install free iptv apk apps on LG TVs it’s not android based.

I know that because I have a LG tv and they use WebOS.
