My initial post was about additional support for the Lnb, since then rather than start an other thread my signal loss , I got up to check dish alignment and noticed it had moved but like you said I overtighten or stress I need a new set of them .
But can't find them anywhere

yes but if you pole is 2" diamater then the ones I posted should do
