Loading IPTV onto Smart IPTV (LG)

Does anyone know what I'm meant to be doing lol.

Just been playing about with my telly and fond this, installed it and I get some demo channels etc.

How do I load streams/playlists to it?

Yeah, I've got the free trial just now, I suppose they wont let you play about with it until it's paid for.

Ive got a Zgemma H2s, would it be best just to get iptv subs for that?

the app on the tv works alot better than zgemma for fulid streaming
