Lost ch5 and bbc2hd

Just wondering anyone know what's going on 5hd went yesterday and now bbc2 hd both gone no signal what so ever. Thanks josh

is this sat or cable?

plenty of channel movement on sat so maybe a rescan not abm or bouquets.

I might suggest a cable tuner rescan if channels have moved it should pick up new one?

i dont think any channels have moved on the virgin side
as said above, rescan, delete bouquets and rescan bouquets

but with abm and bouquets issue,i would only scan cable tuner for the all list.

the bouquets is with the sky side of things not the cable side

the op is only using virgin

After you deleted the bouquets and did a scan, how many video did the scan bring in?

CH5 is where it's always been

Try updating the epg
menu>plugins>epgimporter
press yellow button
