hi dont know what happened ove night but ive lost all freesat channels done a scan but its only finding 42 channels any idea what i can do?many thankss

Check the LNB/sat settings as a first step

ok just done an automatic scan and its founnd 700+channels but there not showing?

Reboot your box. Then press blue and go to satellites then 28.2e.

You probably had scanned one transponder to get only 42 channels. If a manual single satellite scan is getting 700+ channels, you are about 150 channels short. You need to investigate cause. Maybe LNB skew, dish alignment, loose f-plug etc.

Regarding losing channels, look at the screen. What viewing mode/category are you in? Don't press EPG for now, press up next to OK.
