Mag322 no picture or sound

Mag 322 started off losing just sound,now just black screen with no sound when channel loads.
Flashed with noblock but still same.
Tried changing av settings aswell.
Any ideas?

Is it live TV or vod if vod there is known codec issues which is affecting mag boxes as they don't support what most providers vod codec is for live TV have you spoken to your provider what speeds are you getting to your box take a trial from another provider to rule out box issue or provider issue

Both mate,tried another box with same supplier and works perfect.
Also tried another supplier which is same.
Thinking it might be a software problem or faulty rj45 port

If you have a firestick you could download and install stb emu pro and just change the mac address of stb emu pro to your mag box one to use as a temp fix
