Make a newcamd file..?

I want to reflash my zgemma box and upgrade to the latest wooshbuild without doint the Ftp thing.Can anyone tell me how to take my line off the box and put it into a newcamd file..Thanks

Just copy ur existing newcamd file it's in usr/keys on the box and then copy it back

U can possibly backup the newcamd file depending on what build your running. Ftp is the easiest way

well i was trying to not use Ftp because its a whole lot easier just dragging the file on to a usb stick and add it while reflashing to the new image....just wanedt to know how to put it into a file..

Are you already running wooshbuild?
If you running v4 then blue button - backup settings then flash wooshbuild v5 then green button - WB config - restore settings
If your running wooshbuild v5 and your going to flash using the WB config plugin it gives you the option to do a settings backup before updating then just restore the settings after the update using the WB config

you,ll need to ftp to the box and copy the newcamd.list file in the usr/keys folder onto your computer...you can then copy that file onto a usb and put it on wooshbuild box using the importer plugin that's on wooshbuild

It really is a lot easier than it seems. Once you've done it once, you've done it a thousand times - and it can be useful for adding IPK files to install plugins in the future if you wanted to.

You can just put your newcamd.list file on a usb stick and use dreamexplorer on the box to copy it over.
