Mass frequency change

tried full factory reset then a deep scan with absoulutely no channels being found. not sure if new cards been sent out. I use old telewest connection from old house holder for last 3 years

Either that or try changing your symbol rate to a different one then do the reset etc!

Glasgow is closest to me so im wondering if thats it over for me then.
Any suggestions on which frequency to try then. Clinging onto hope here.

what ever symbol rate you had - try a different one then do reset ect - or look on the vm website for status update - that might help

Not sure if its the same situation in the area you are in. I personally found that the code was taking much longer to update than usual. I've replied in your other thread regarding your channels issue.
