I hear what you are saying and kinda agree but it’s a tough life for some people and not everyone wants help. This would be an avenue to get help for those that want it but they may want a different path. I know if I become ill to the point where I need my arse wiping and every day is a very boring ground hog day where I am ill or in pain then no amount of visits from loved ones are gonna stop me taking the pill once that option becomes available. I will be very messy to clear up if I have to jump from a bridge.

I’m in favour. I’ve seen family members with long term illnesses wilt and become shells of themselves. So sad to see and I’m sure if the had the choice they would choose to go on their own terms.
