well i think the starview team have certainly shot themselvess in the foot what a money maker this could have been all they had todo was be honest with there customers and maybe pay someone who new what they were doing to get the boxes back on utterly shocking and for kiddy to come on post and F/OFF just tells you what a joke they are with family and friends i have getting on 30 boxes and i know alot more who have them sorry but will be advising them all to change to kv /sat what a shame
