thought i read limit on pay pal was 45 days and anything after that you wont get it,read the posts as you were told to,many have got money back from pay pal,but starviews excuse was wait to get up and running lol,yea running off with your hard earned cash that nobody claimed due to time limit.

Yeah I think it is 45 days but if they get enough complaints they might still refund?.

If I was SV user waiting to see if it's coming back on and I had paid recently I would get a claim in ASAP before you can't due to time limits.
