New Android box

I’ve been with the same person for a few years now but it only seems to be when I went into the Android box the picture went

Ask your provider what settings he recommends on whatever app he's got you using

Hardware of that box means it can handle anything with ease really.

You should try another provider to rule out issue being your box.
