New ISP - IPTV Player NOT Working. Can anybody please help?

Hello everyone, I’m a new member to the forum.

I have recently switched ISP, I went from Sky, to Vodafone’s fibre optic package.

Up until then, my IPTV player worked great, occasionally I would get the messsge no item to display but then that was solved by updating it to the latest version.

So after I received my new router and the connection went live I began to use the zgemma box as normal although this time it did not work. I have been out the country for a little while and have come back to it still not working.

I wonder if it is complications with the new router as it worked fine with the sky router. Anyway, I updated my Zgemma H2S box to Wooshbuild v7 today and updated IPTV Player, but none of the sources have any content again. I’m anoid and just want it to work like it used to.

I’m really stuck and would appreciate some help. Thank you.

Make sure its got no soft isp blocks activated and also try putting box ip address in dmz on router

if you get a decent provider you wont need vpn because your provider should have it sorted at his end
