Best way to check, is to download VLC on to you computer. Press CTRL+N to open network connection, and paste the URL to your m3u line in there...

As long as you have a fairly decent PC, plugged in via rj45, then it should stream perfectly. If it doesn't, then it's either your connection, or your supplier...

Done that and it's still as bad. It's my supplier they just won't admit fault. Considering they are meant to be one of the best around I would hate to see the worst!! Their fb page is slowly filling up with similar complaints from other customers.

Supplier is now saying my ping is too high, it's showing as 45ms on a speed test, they are saying it should be under 8ms for a UK data centre, which is what I am connected to.....does this sound right to anyone?
