no channels but freeview

hi i was wondering if anybody else is having difficulties with channels ? got up this morning no channels this afternoon i have rescanned,factory reset,turned off and still nothing any help or info gratefully recieved cheers

Mine are also back on but I also had to do a Software update first :)

software update to what ?always best to inform others what date is on your box now.👍

Did s/w update from the instalation menu and all channels are back!

We both discovered our S/W was out of date at almost the same time :) Good to see we are both back with all channels :)

as of post 9,its downloaded from the internet to your box.

Did the reset/scan before i tried the s/w update. Not tried to rescan since updating. Will do though,may get some channels that were out of action before.

Hello, In need of some help :), i have the box...... and cable.... a friend has downloaded the software on to the box.

But.... all the channels apart from a view are scrambled. :( please help x
