No iptv channels

I was wondering if you guys could help me a little? Might be doing something wrong, don't know. I signed up with a iptv sub. I put it all the login details and when through the steps but yet I have no channels. Using MyTv Online 3

I've entered them into IPTV Smarters just to see if there's a problem and it's worked with Smarters but not with MyTV online 3

Double check your username, password & portal in mytvonline.

Check details or try deleting app and reinstalling I’ve had this problem before

Yeah I use this you’ll have update notification if needs updates on app. You ticked the login required box to enter details

On home page go to software updates at the bottom and see if there are any available.
The provider I use, uses a config file method so no need for portal link just username and password, ask your supplier if this is an option

He managed to solve the problem by deleting app and reinstalling it.
