Do you really think SLY has the money and the manpower to take every end user to court and also they would have to prove the end user was actually watching their broadcast. Even if they could they would be tied up with courts dealing with cases for the next 30 years.
They can only realistically go for the supplier unless somebody is stupid enough to give SLY information about their supplier they would deserve to be prosecuted.
What about all the users that do not live in the UK, how could they prosecute them?
No users are not going to be prosecuted just suppliers

You’re assuming today’s manpower and technology will stay the same. AI could make identifying and building cases against end users far cheaper and faster, they wouldn’t need to prosecute everyone, just enough to make an example. And even crypto isn’t necessarily safe forever, transactions recorded today could become far easier to trace and link to people as AI and blockchain analysis improve.

They are only going to look at big movements I should imagine its not worth resources and time even if AI could do some work.

I should imagine this AI boom is not going to be as big as people think. I think most countries would have to invest lots of money in electrical structure.

It is very expensive needs huge data centers and amounts of power and cooling to run them.

At the moment the cost could exceed the benefit

I genuinely hope you’re right. I’m much more pessimistic about AI, I honestly think by 2035 we could all be out of a job 🤣. I’ll be absolutely over the moon if I’m wrong!
